He has all around experience in the legal field and unmatched expertise in documentation and the service matters, actually the activities of G.C. Garg & Associates is the product of efforts of Shri G.C. Garg. He is very well known and respected figure in the legal fraternity. Frequently and regularly he is consulted for his opinion and guidance. He is regularly appearing before the High Court. The Land Acquisition Cases for Rajasthan Housing Board for Jawahar Nagar, Malviya Nagar, Man Sarovar, Pratap Nagar Schemes, have been handled by him at High Court and also before Supreme Court.

He has been associated with GCGA for more than a decade and possesses vast experience of Land matters and their documentation, Banking, Constitutional and the other areas of civil matters and appears regularly before the High Court. He particularly specializes in Rajasthan Local Laws like Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, Rajasthan Tenancy Act, Rajasthan Land Acquisition Act, Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 etc. He is consulted extensively for the issues concerning Builders and Colonizers, title search, for local laws etc.

Shri Agarwal prior to his joining the Bar has worked on senior position in Rajasthan State Co-operative Department & Jaipur Development Authority and thus possesses vast ground knowledge and experience of Hosing Co-operative Societies and Land Laws. He is equally competent to handle revenue matters. Having handled land allotment cases and land acquisition matters, and land regularization matters at Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) while in service. He has very good public relations at JDA and Industries Department.
